About Stephen Samuelian

Stephen SamuelianBusiness entrepreneur Stephen Samuelian has served in a wide variety of leadership roles over his 30-year career, most notably as a founding member of Utah-based Haven Health Group.  At Life Generations Healthcare and Covenant Care, Inc., Samuelian served as a founding partner. Other positions have included the role of President of Sacon Constructors, Inc., where he also served as Chief Executive Officer. Stephen Samuelian held the same dual positions at Medcon Inc. and Emerald Development Inc.

Upon receiving a contractor’s license in his late teens, Stephen Samuelian established a construction company and soon developed a reputation for tremendous dedication and commitment to his clients. By relying on a strong work ethic and the support of his experienced team, he eventually built an extensive collection of offices, restaurants, retail stores and other structures as part of his portfolio.

In a key leadership position at Sacon Constructors Inc. (President, CEO), Stephen Samuelian was a key influencer in the construction of major properties for an impressive list of hotel chains including Holiday Corp., Marriott, Embassy Suites, Radisson and Travel Lodge.

During his time with Medcon Inc., Stephen Samuelian played an active role in developing construction projects for a number of hospitals and medical facilities. There, he focused particularly on specialty facilities such as radiological and surgical centers. Meanwhile, Stephen Samuelian enjoyed a wide range of opportunities at Emerald Development, Inc., embracing the challenge of real estate development for apartments, industrial buildings and offices.

Beyond his professional duties, Stephen Samuelian is a proud member of the Rising Star Outreach and Care For Life, Boards of Directors and The Perfect Moment Foundation Board of Directors, among many other responsibilities with charities and philanthropic organizations throughout the country.

Stephen Samuelian now splits his time between California (Laguna Beach) and Utah (Park City). A devoted family man, he has four children and seven grandchildren.
